Mark Hemans is a Consultant in the Forensic Investigations Team at TRL. He is an experienced Forensic Collision Investigator, having provided expert evidence in a wide range of serious injury and fatal collisions. Mark is a member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences and holds a Foundation Degree with Distinction in Forensic Road Collision Investigation. Mark has also conducted investigations in co-operation with the Health and Safety Executive, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, and the Independent Office for Police Conduct. Mark has experience with tachograph analysis, route tracing, load security, and has previously held the role of a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) within policing.
